The terms that apply when you request a quote, inspection or installation from BS Safety Nets.
Site inspections and quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after the inspection and may vary from any verbal estimate given over phone or WhatsApp.
Installation covers the specific areas and net type agreed in the written quote. Any additional areas requested on-site will be quoted separately before work proceeds.
Warranty covers net tension, hardware failure and UV discolouration for the period stated on your warranty card, and excludes damage from external causes such as fire, deliberate cutting, or structural building damage.
Payment terms (advance and balance) are agreed in writing at the time of quotation and vary by project size.
Scheduled installations may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
